At Pinnacle Chiropractic & Wellness we are open and up-front about our pricing. We do not require patients to sign lengthy contracts. We do not over-sell or over-treat, it is important to us that our patients receive the right amount of quality chiropractic care. The following information reflects our pay-per-visit option.
Insurance
We are in network with following insurance plans; Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, United, and Medicare. **
For insurance plans we are not in-network with, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit on your own behalf.
The price the patient is responsible for will vary based on the patient’s insurance coverage. If you have any questions regarding pricing or your insurance, please contact your insurance provider. We will do our best to give you accurate information regarding your coverage, but please remember: your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. It is your responsibility to understand your coverage. If your insurance denies payment, you will be responsible for the balance.
**Please note HUMANA's website still lists us as an in-network provider, even though this is NOT the case. It is a clerical error on their part, which we have been trying to resolve.
Package Option
For our clients who do not have insurance we offer convenient and affordable adjustment, shockwave therapy, and massage packages. Please call for more information.
